Hello ,
I am trying to configure process of Kit to stock. I have created BOM material and after releaseing production order system is creating Delivery type DOG which is getting replicated in SAP EWM.
In many references i have seen that delivery of type HOD is created. Can you tell me the difference between these two?
I have not created control cycle for these materials?
Please guide
Thanks,
Pramod
Hello all,
When the physical inventory differences are posted to ERP from EWM, we know material documents are created and financial documents are also posted as a result.
Question i have is - Does this process creates physical inventory document in ECC? Any configuration is required in ECC for this from the integration perspective.
Kindly clarify
Thanks
Ravi

Hi all,
I have an outbound delivery order.
Every position has it's brut weight (double click on item, Tab "Addl Quantities").
If I sum these weights, I get 16.737,342 KG.
On header level, tab "Addl Quantities" has a weight of 16.875,714 KG
Checking the master data, on header level it's calculating with the weight of pieces, on item level system is calculating with cases.
How to tell the system it should use the sum of items?
Thanks
Michael
Hello all,
I am using EWM 9.1
In procurement for stock from external vendor for material with QM view, all ECC and EWM configuration settings and master data are in place.
Inspection object type 4 (IOT4) and inspection rule for the product is in place in EWM.
Upon goods receipt and put away in EWM, stock is supposed be in Q4 (Stock in QI in warehouse). This should create inspection lot in ECC.
Here are two issues.
1. Inspection lot in ECC is not created.
2. Warehouse monitor in EWM shows stock type Q4 but inbound delivery document of EWM shows that it is Q3 (Stock in QI in put away).
Are these two issues linked to the same root cause?
Can you please advice solution?
Please let me know if you need additional info to identify root cause.

Chaitanya
Hello Experts
I am trying to do posting change using /SCWM/POST but I am not able to perform. Also since I am not changing the Storage Bin so I am not using WPT which eliminates any WPT related issues.
I have tried for 4-5 storage Types and also various combinations of Stock Type(from F2->Q4,F2->Q3,F2->B5 etc) but without any luck.
I am getting the Error "Target stock type Q4 is not allowed in storage type 0050" and similar ones.
Am I missing some config that I need to maintain ??

Hi All,
If I know the outbound delivery, how can I find the Warehouse Tasks from table relationship, what is the table relationship flow?
Also where can I find EWM table relations? I mean from Outbound delivery -> Warehouse Tasks -> Handling Units etc

Hey guys,
In the EWM Monitor and Warehouse Cockpit, there is the possibility to search overdue warehouse tasks and orders.
I am wondering which parameters are used to determine if a WT is overdue. As far as I know, a WT does not contain a due date, so I'm not sure how EWM determines this.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Oliver
Dear Exprerts,
I hope you could give me some tipps to following question regarding EWM 9.2:
We have several queues with many wharehouse tasks in them.
Is it possible to deteerminate "to old" wharehouse task in the system? For example I define that when the warehous task hasn't been confirmed for more than 1 hour, the system'll set some exception or alert or anything else? So an email will be sent to the responsible persons.
PS: I had an idea to write a z-report for this purpose, but I can't imagine that it is not possible with the standard settings.
Thank you very much in advance.

Dear Guru, I am integrating quality inspection process using EWM 9.2 and QM in ERP and I have a concern in case of partial acceptance when the usage decision is taken in ECC. First of all, the inspection document after good receipt (Inspection Object Type 4) is successfully created in EWM and replicated as an inspection lot in ECC. Stock type is under Quality Inspection - QI. Then 3 decisions are possible: - Full acceptance: While doing a full acceptance in the inspection lot in ECC, the stock type is successfully changed from QI to Unrestricted-Use in EWM. The follow-up action in EWM is correctly handled. - Full rejection: In case of full rejection in the inspection lot in ECC, the stock type is successfully changed from QI to Scrap as customized. The follow-up action in EWM is correctly handled. - Partial acceptance: Unfortunately, a partial acceptance done in the inspection lot in ECC works the same way as a full acceptance even if a defective quantity has been specified in ECC. A partial acceptance remains possible in EWM through the QI workcenter but what about doing it directly from the inspection lot in ECC. As the new QM-EWM integration (as of 9.1) is considering the stock (article+characteristic+qty), I think a partial acceptance should be handled correctly in EWM and so should trigger different follow-up action or decision on the EWM QI workcenter. Do you have any experience, input, feedback on this matter ? Thanks.
Hi Gurus
Is it possible to block a bin after a mínimum quantity is reached?
We need to keep some bins with a mínimum quantity and if that quantity is reached we want SAP to stop us from taking material from it.
It is something like to have a security inventory level at bin level rather tan to have it at plant level (IM management).
Hope it is clear and thanks in advance
Hello Experts,
I am trying pick,pack,pass(user-driven) scenario using LOSC via conveyors--> moving to GI zone.
I have one storage type with 4 aisle, each aisle contains 4 activity area totally 16, I have maintained start-end bin for all the activity area.
when i try to execute in RFUI once the first activity area (first sub WO) picking is done, Pick-HU then branch out due to LOSC ...can't move to next activity area. what i required is all the sub-WOs to be completed first then connect to LOSC.
How can i Achieve this...

Hi guys,
I have outb. process with the next steps:
OB01 (pick) - OB03 (staging)
I have maintained staging bay in /SCWM/STADET_OUT, for example st.bin SB-01
When outbound delivery created SB-01 is determined - it`s ok.
Then worker place 2 HUs (pallets) in SB-01, for example HU1 and HU2.
When worker completed picking (OB01) system propose move pick-HU (box) to dest. st.bin SB-01 and dest. HU = pick-HU.
How can worker confirmed WT to HU1 or to HU2 without applying exc.code chhu? I need choose dest.HU at the moment when confirm WT.
Thx for answers.
BR, Alex.
Hello Expert,
I have a following inbound process using process oriented storage control.
first step: IPK1 - Pack
second step: IPT1 - Putaway
I have set the Auto. WT flag for step IPK1 to false. Now when I finish the packing in the work center and close the HU. The next putaway warehouse task is not generated. This is as expected.
Now how can I generate the putaway WT manually? I tried to use follow-on functions --> create warehouse task in /SCWM/PRDI but this does not work.
Thank's for the helps in advance.
Kind Regards,
Clark
