client is not using any batches for tracking the materials in warehouse. But when he receives a delivery he checks the
quality and accepts the stock. In this scenario, can we implement quality inspection in ewm without batches?

I have confirmed the putaway warehouse Task. While saving I get below messages.
help for the last error says:
Message no. /SCWM/TO_WHR_UPD000
No warehouse tasks have been confirmed.
In analyzing the error, note the further entries in the application log.
Same internal no range error occurs when I try to manually hit Good Reciept button in EWM inboud delivery.
Message no. NR752

I have processed EGR in ECC for PO using
/SPE/EGR - Subsequent Functions -> Maintenance of Expected Goods Receipt.
SMQ2 in EWM shows queue stuck
SLG1 shows below message..

For the delivery, document type INB of category IDR was determined. However, the system was expecting document category GRN.
This message cannot be processed.
Contact the system administration.
Change the determination of the document type ( Map Document Types from ERP Systemto WM System ).
I checked the mapping of Doc types.. below entries are maintained.
I am not able to understand how system is determining IDR.
doc type determination for expected goods receipt is as belwo.
how to solve this?

we support below process:
Inbound del. >order >unload >GR >putaway
Outbound del.>ODO >Picking/packing >loading>GI>yard
Also i discover that here no TR & TO are created so how it works ?
Please help me out understand the SAP EWM.

In my warehouse, i have configured all my settings for normal putaway process
1.Define Storage Type Search Sequence for Putaway
2.Assigned Storage Types to Storage Type Search Sequence
3.Specify Storage Type Search Sequence for Put-away
4.Optimize Access Strategy for Storage Type Search: Putaway
My question is that when i have many different storage type in my warehouse, how the product will pick the storage type for putaway process.
I did all the settings but it was not selecting required storage type in my inbound process.

I am getting the following error while doing PGR using inbound delivery. Actually i packed the material with this Handling Unit using an inbound delivery. Now i am trying to PGR to move the stock to HU Managed storage location. During this step it is giving this error. Can anybody help???

Hi All,
We are trying to use RF for Putaway. When we do partial putaway using excption code SPLT through desktop , system is confirming partial qty and creating new WT with remaining qty. This is the feature we required .
But when we use RFUI , we are getting this below error even though we are using same exception code SPLT.
E: You should only confirm differences with the appropriate exception code (/SCWM/L3027).
Could any body help us on this.

Hi Experts,
If we make direct pick for short pick quantity for product with multiple bins, system is creating two WTs successfully.
i.e. one for actual quantity and second WT for remaining quantity.
But, when we make above process using wave process, system is not creating automatic WT for remaining quantity.
Could you please help me on this issue? Little urgent to me.

Inspection document created in EWM is not able to create inspection lot in ECC. In the inspection document, it is identifiying external system and its business system properly. But seems to be communication is not happening properly. what should I check?

Hello dear experts
When I create a posting change in EWM, for example to change stock type from F1 to F2, a message is sent to ERP using goods movement interface. Usually in ERP a 311 movement is created to move the stock from one storage location to another.
Anyway, the HU data in ERP does not get updated. In HUMO you still see it in old storage location.
Is it possible to generate a delivery in ECC from EWM posting change?
I would like not to go through direct deliveries as they are creating STO in ERP and require a unique customer for each storage location, which is difficult because it would require changes to intecompany model .
Does anyone have a solution?

Hello,
we are currently facing an issue that we have two goods which are exactly the same, apart from one component. These are marked as item number X and Y
We want to integrate this into our system with one item numer Z with the option for the puchaser to choose which of the Z item they like.
For example, this is the setup we are looking for;
Customer has two item numbers X and Y. This is inserted as a purchase request, we then want the SAP System to assign this as item Z (component Y) or Z (component X).
We want to have this setup so we have to maintain one item record while still keeping two items which are slightly different in the component setup. We are trying to avoid keeping two item numbers in stock
Is there a way to have this setup?

Hi Experts,
I have issue in creating WT automatically with wave during short pick for remaining quantity.
In wave template there are three values in drop down list i.e. under the column Behave during pick denial (P).
Three values: Leave item in wave, Remove item in wave and Create WT with alternative source bin immediately.
I am confusing here to use above values for short pick. Can you please explain me to get it clarified which one i can use?
Anything else configuration i have to make sure to work for short pick with wave processing.

Hi All,
For some reason PPF action is not scheduled. I have kept the break point in Schedule condition BADI IF_EX_EVAL_SCHEDCOND_PPF~EVALUATE_SCHEDULE_CONDITION but its not stopping at debugging mode when i save Outbound delivery order.
Turned Update and system debugging ON . I can use SLG1 for PPF logs ,but it does not say why action failed to Schedule .

Hi Experts,
I need some help, I´ve to cancel all SCU´s, locations and maybe even the BP. I failed to activate the user Exits
ZXCIFUSERU08 for material data
ZXCIFUSERU06 for location data
and now have no prefix on my SCU´s. This make problems because my shipping point and plant have the same ID.
I tried the jobs for deleting, the run but nothing is cancelled.. Also I´ve got no Errors in SLG1.

Hello Experts,
I have a storage type search sequence which includes two storage types A and B (sequence A->B). A includes only boxes as HUs. B is the picking area which stores single products (no HUs).
The requirement is only to allow WT creation of full HUs (quants). -> If we have a delivery with 1pc and storage type A includs a HU (Box) with 5 pcs, there should be no removal from StorT A.
Is it possible to maintain this setup without rounding qty?
