can we use serial number only in EWM side with no settings on ERP side or ERP is no at all involved in it ??? Can anyone suggest the customizing steps??

How to rectify Application error (/BOPF/FRW) in EWM system

After creating the deliveries in ECC, while transmitting the deliveries to EWM system, We are getting the below error in EWM system.
Please guide us to resolve the issue.

Problem with the putaway inventory
Dear experts,
I just tried to test the putaway inventory but despite my settings the PI Document wasn't created.
My settings are following:
1. I've added a procedure for the putaway inventory to my PI Area:
2. Checkbox for putaway PI is also activated for my PI area:
3. I've created a totall new storage bin (because as far I know the putaway PI will be only proceeded
when the first putaway will be done) and I've also assigned this new bin to the inventory activity are:
4. PI Area is also assigned to the AA:
But when the putaway pocess for one HU finished no Putaway PI Document is created. Bu the way I'm performing
the putaway not by follow-up WT but I just create an standard WT in the Monitor.
Could anyoune give any tipp how I could solve this issue?

Opportunistic Cross Docking ( Inbound Driven )
Dear Gurus,
I'm having troubles here, first of all, i've done the whole configuration for opportunistic cross docking. When i create putaway tasks for products, it's working fine, but when i try to create a putaway task for a packed inbound delivery it doesn't work in other words when i try to create the putaway task for the HU it doesn't work.
Am I figuring it wrong or the inbound driven opportunistic cross docking only works with product tasks ( warehouse request tasks )?
Besides of these process tests, i have debbuged ( i'm an ABAP too ) the whole process and have discovered that the function module /SCWM/TO_PREP_WHR_UI_INT ( which is called by /SCWM/PRDI to create the tasks ) doesn't has the structure of cross docking for HU tasks. Code below....

EWM with SAP Retail Vendor Consignment Stock Transfer Order
Hi, We are now impletementing SAP retail and EWM.
In SAP, we have Distribution center and stores. (Distribution center and Stores are all plants under the same company code)
In EWM, we only link our warehouse to SAP Distribution center, not to the stores.
The business scenario is to procure and manage the materials as vendor consignment stock. One material will have only one source of supply.
We'll create vendor consignment PO in Distribution center, create stock transfer order to transfer the vendor consignment stock from Distribution center to stores, and also the store return STO to distribution center, return PO to vendor. All the inventoris in these scenarios are vendor consignment stock.
SAP Retail works fine with these scenarios. But with EWM, we met issues in stock transfer order scenario.
In stock transfer order scenario, the PGI of SAP Distribution Center outbound delivery is triggered via EWM. We got the post successfully with movement type "641" and special stock indicator "K" to issue vendor consignment stock to stock in transit. This is what we expected.
But there is an extra material document also posted with movement type "411" and special stock indicator "K" to transfer the vendor consignment stock to own stock. => This is unreasonable....
Another issue is about stock transfer order with return indicator. In EWM, the system could not determine the return delivery is going to poted to vendor consignment stock. The owner of the stock become own stock instead of vendor consignment after we post the GR and putaway into our distribution center in EWM. The EWM stock became own stock, and the post goods issue is not able to update to SAP Retail. There is an error in SAP qRFC Monitor Inbound Queue.
I'd like to know if anyone have been work with similar scenario and can give me some advise.

No PPF action after ODO creation in background
Hi all,
it would great if you could help me.
I would like to create a direct ODO in EWM (Rel. 9.2) and distribute it to the ERP system in a customer specific background programm.
I'm using the methods CREATE_WHR and SAVE from the standard class /SCWM/CL_DLV_MANAGEMENT_PRD.
The outbound delivery is created correctly in EWM, but it is not distributed to ERP, because the PPF action is not scheduled nad executed.
When I'm using transaction /SCWM/SGI to create the same document type, everything works fine and the delivery is distributed
to ERP, so I think the customizing is correct.

Issue while processing background job
Hi,
I am having issue both while automatic conversion of TR to TO after GRN and PCN to TO after inspection through background job.For both the automatic conversion the system issues error "Processing type is not maintained for automatic TO creation"
I have checked in SCN and tried to replicate the solution given in SCN but that didnt helped me.Could you please let me know why this error pops up during processing of background job when the config is correct and is working fine in foreground.

Expiry date is missing and display again after the usage decision
Dear Gurus
Expiry date is missing for the products when the inspection document is created in EWM. But it is visible in ERP. It doesn't disappear.
Usage decision is done in ERP and expiry date appears in EWM ( stock view via warehouse monitor)
Does anyone knows about this issue?

Hi gurus,
I have created a pack spec for one material and it is creating automatic HU for Inbound delivery via Purchase Order.
But when I am using same material for Expected Goods Receipt system is not triggering automatic HU .
Do I have missed any configuration .

Operation Not Possible - LM61
Dear all,
I have a problem to Issue goods with LM61 or LM66.
If I do it with VL01N - Everything is OK and goods is posted.
The only information I get when I try to post goods issue with LM## transaction is "operation is not possible".
I have no idea where to start, except I suppose it has something to do with "Mobile" part - as it can be done trough standard transactions.
Can anybody point me where to start looking, or give any useful advice?

CIF Job Performance issue
Hello Team ,
at my one of customer , they are facing CIF issue.
We are running the CIF batch job every weekly . But the issue is system is taking too long time to complete the job even ther is no any product changes or no new products created.
We have verified with the variants , and made the date selection variant as current date + -7 Days. In this case, also it took almost 75000 Seconds for one Warehouse for 25000 Products, which is too long time.
In the variant we have below programs . -
RIMODGEN - Create the Distribution Module
RIMODAC2 - Generate the Distribution Module
RIMODDEL - Delete the distribution entries .
Is there any way that system should consider only a week back changes ? I believe with this system will take less time to complete it .
We are not understanding what we need to do about performance tuning to make this job in good position.
Looking for all your inputs & suggestions .

Is repacking of Hus possible after creation of outbound delivery
Ok i have got an issue where the Tus is loading completed and the user is doing goods issue
I m getting an error saying "
| HU XXXXXXXX not completely included in outbound delivery XXXXXXXX |
This is a cross functional Hu and loaded to two different tus with different line items of same delivery
now they are trying to assign the same hu to new tu and we are getting the above error
now the outbound delivery is also created for the same hu and the new tu is unable to be departed
what could possibly be the solution. repacking of the items to a new hu and im not sure if thats possible after creation of outbound delivery
hu has two seperate delivery ref attached to the same tu . if that is not the solution please advise

Materials in active integration model not reflecting in EWM/No queue stuck
Hello friends,
I am trying to cif a huge material master data of 1lakh records.I am able to create and activate model succesfully but i observe materials are not appearing in EWM.Many are there and many are not,MATKEY table does not have the same count as my integration model line items.There is no stuck queu in ECCor EWM .I tried to break the records in different models,but i still see random material missing in EWM with no stuck queues.
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

SAP EWM Creation of packing specification for Quantity Classification
Hello Experts,
I am working on the Quantity Classification and my requirement is to set up QC in such a way that if the stock comes in Boxes, it should go to a storage type B001 and if it comes in Pallets, it should go to P001.
The challenge is in setting up the packing specification. How do i set up various levels such that one level is specific to Box and another to Pallet.
Example:
Upto 20 PC = Box
Upto 50 PC = Pallet
I am using the Target and Min qty in the pack spec and have 2 levels. Is this the right way to go?
Also, what is the different between the "qty classification' which is mentioned in the General section of Storage Type and "PutawayQtyClass" which is in the Putaway Control section.
