Inbound Delivery Split by End Customer - Transaction for inbound delivery creation?

Hello,

 

We are trying to set up the Merchandise Distribution scenario in which multiple inbound deliveries are created for a single PO with STO for different ship-to parties (ultimate consignees). Our Retail ECC is integrated with EWM for the Distribution Center.

 

 

We've already done the customizing at Logistics - General> Merchandise Distribution> Site Profiles for Merchandise Distribution. We've also set up the relevant Master Data at site level

Now we are trying to create the inbound and outbound deliveries. We have tried with the following transactions:

 

- Transaction WF60. We couldn't create any delivery documents. I believe for WF60 it's necessary to post goods receipte in advance, but for EWM this can only be done via inbound deliveries.

- Transaction WF30. We could only create outbound deliveries, not inbound deliveries.

- Transactions VL31N and VL10D. We could create only a single inbound delivery, not several for each ultimate consignee, and the outbound deliveries are created.

 

 

Which is the right transaction to create the split inbound deliveries as well as the outbound deliveries, so they can be distributed to EWM for the cross-docking or flow-through scenarios?

Unable to get destination bin with Pick pack & Pass scenario(user driven WOCR)

Hello EWM experts,

 

 

I am setting up the system to test the Pick Pack and Pass scenario as we have conveyors that carry the Pick HUs(totes) to the picking stations. 

 

I am able to create Warehouse orders(Parent and child) along with Pick HUs(Totes) now, but when I confirm the picking tasks on RF, the destination bin that shows up on the RF screen is not the bin of that activity area but the packing work center.  

 

Packing is the next step after after all the picking is completed (all sub warehouse orders are confirmed) in POSC. 

 

I am expecting that user be allowed to scan the destination bin of the picking station after picking is completed in that picking station so that the same tote(Pick HU) can then be taken by the conveyor to the next picking station. 

 

Am I missing something?

What happen to quality stock from this

I have define sampling procedure for this. and sample quantity is 13 and inspection lot is 20. What happen to sample quantity from this transaction

Use of LOSC in picking without HU managed stocks

Hi

 

We pick stocks from a non-HU managed storage type and delivered to production supply area bin in two stages. In the first step, fork lift operator picks from the High rack and places on to the Toe Train. In the next step Toe Train operator delivers at the Product supply area bin.

 

When we are trying to set up LOSC without Pick point for the above scenario, during the WO creation we get error "Creation of HU not possible as HUs are not allowed in storage type .....".

 

As per my understanding, we neede to create HU to move materials in LOSC (without Pick point) via intermediate storage type. This does not mean that we need to have HU management active for the source storage type.

 

For testing purpose, I have allowed HU stocks for my source storage type...then WO creation was successful...but I only got Product WT from source to destination storage type. System did not create HU WT to move the stock from source to intermediate storage type.

 

Does anyone has clue on my problem?

Work Step not reflecting in VAS work center

Hi Guys,

 

I have configured VAS inbound Scenario.Pack spec does not have a packaging material but have added work steps.

In my VAS order pack spec is getting determined.But in VAS work center work steps are not showing up.Any check points what could be the issue here ?

KTS- Inbound and outbound deliveries not created upon release of production order

Hi All

I am trying to setup KTS scenario initiated from ERP production order.

Once I release production order, I am not getting inbound and outbound deliveries.

Can you please let me know what is customizing to determine delivery type here?

Data created to delivery are-

Shipping point-assigned to plant

Sales org-assigned to plant

Distribution channel-assigned to plant

Division-assigned to plant

Delivery type?? From where system will take delivery type?

KTS check is set in PSP and assigned to KITHEADER material in work scheduling view.

 

I have done below customizing-

SAP EWM MFS - Communication channel

Hello Experts

 

This is our first EWM implementation.

We have made the set up for SAP EWM MFS.

Customizing

 

Defined PLC

Defined CP

Defined  communication channel

 

Master data

Defined storage bins for CP

Mapped IP address and Port

 

Now time to start the channel for testing, but we are end up with no communication channel in sap ewm warehouse monitor.

 

Can anyone put some input here? what are we missing here?

Putaway Strategy error

Dear experts,

 

I have following situation in my storage type:

 

Unbenannt.JPG

 

So as you see, 5 bins are in the storage. Every storage has 2 logical positions and as you see there one HU in every bin.

But the second logical position is actually free, but when I try to create a WT the system cannot find the storage bin...

 

My Customizing looks follwing:

Sorry for many screenshots, but I still not understand why the HU cannot be putted in the second free logical positions of the storage.

Pick Denial Process with proposal new Bin

Hi All,

 

Good day, please can you tell for Outbound Pick denial Process if the Product is unable in the bin during picking can system propose a new respective bin for the same product in RFUI.

 

Is this Possible in Standard or we have to work on the enhancement.

 

Please let me know your thoughts for the same.

SCM EWM Extendend Warehouse Managment release 9.30

Hi Expert,

 

I am working on Batch management process in EWM. The process is related to batch determination in EWM system. The step are as follows:

a. Create Outbound delivery in ECC system. Batch determination strategy determined.

b. Outbound delivery replicated in EWM and Outbound delivery order created.

c. I can see the few of batch determination strategy characteristics showing in EWM ODO but not all.(Out of 5 characteristics only 2 are showing in EWM ODO) screen shots attached.

So due to which when I am creating Warehouse task for picking system adopt the FIFO rule to pick the stock, But actually, I have made the stock removal rule, so that the batch to be fetched based on ECC strategy.

 

I have CIF'ed the batch to EWM system and the characteristics are assigned to Organizational area in both the system.

 

1. The following batch characteristics are used in my scenario.

SAP EWM Transit Warehousing release 9.3

Hi Expert,

 

I working on a scenario where a Freight order is created in TM system and replicated to EWM system via PI. During the process the Freight Order is created successfully in TM and passed through PI system but, stuck in EWM system with error

1. "Text Profile does not exist"

2 " Field Item: Shipper: Business Partner is a required field for the action HDR: Save Node"

 

I have maintained the required shipper and customer but still facing the error, can you guys suggest the required steps to resolve the issue. Also would like to know which Text profile is required to be maintained and what value need to be entered.

EWM: Custom screen - PBO and PAI values issue

Hi All,

 

I searched many SCN links but couldn't find any solution for this. Below is relveant link but i am not able to understand it correctly:

Input Field not populated in RF Screen

 

I have developed a custom screen and it is triggered using standard screen pushbutton.

PBO and PAI Function modules are configured in SPRO.

 

Custom Screen 900

PBO :  MODULE STATUS_SSCR .

 

PAI:MODULE USER_COMMAND_SCCR.

 

I have fields GV_HUNIT and GV_MATNR on custom  screen and I want to pass display some value in GV_HUNIT and get GV_MATNR entered by user.

 

I am trying to write code using GV_HUNIT and GV_MATNR but it gives error  that GV_HUNIT and GV_MATNR does not exists.

 

Do i need to pass any parameters in PBO and PAI FM interface.

 

Also I am getting error - E: Function code  not defined for flow; when I navigate using custom screen.

Am my missing some thing. Please help.
