I am new to SCN and new to EWM, we have some requirements on RF screen enhancements where we need to have 2-3 extra screens for receiving process. I want to understand the steps for enhancement and some FM and screen program names which can be used. your valuable inputs will be very helpful. please let me know what are steps required for enhancing RF screens and if new screens need to be introduced?

I am trying to execute POSC scenario where I have the below settings :
For the 2nd step TPA1 which is a packing step, the system is not creating WH task. It is giving error shown below :
Message no. /SCWM/PUT_BIN_DET092
Due to which I am not able to move the stock to the final bin. It is giving error :
"Unprocessed queues still exist for HU 6000000025; HU WT not possible." Please suggest.

I have a few questions regarding Warehouse order creation rule -
1) It is possible to group warehouse task in a warehouse order based on consolidation group and pick path. How to work with pick path in a warehouse? What configuration settings are needed to make system understand what is optimal path or so?
2) Also for consolidation group, activity area is assigned to a storage type, section,bin and consolidation group is pulled during this assignment. This is just an internal number that gets assigned.
While creating WO for outbound delivery I would want system to group task belonging to one customer? How to do that with consolidation group?

I am working on printing HU's in work center. For HU Content label I have done following settings in the system.
I have condition table SAPHU003 (with work center)
Access sequence 003 is assigned to SAPHU003.
condition type 0HU2 is assigned to access sequence 003.
While maintaining condition record-
0HU2
HU step: P
Form is /SCWM/HU_CONTENT,
action definition-HU_CONTENT_GENERAL_AND_RF
work center: Relevant (Determination procedure is assigned to work center definition)
Spool data is maintained in easy access menu.(and I already have another condition type 0HU1 for HU label working with same settings just different action definition and form)

I don't see any spool request generated. Can you please help if I missed something?

Hello Experts,
My requirement was to bypass deconsolidation(both from different AA) when two products in a warehouse request are packed in different HU's. I have achieved this using following setup-
Rule based indicator in IB02 step and removed destination data
Attributes for deconsolidation set to 1 for Max no of WT for decon.
For one of my scenarios system is no more bypassing IB02.It is setting Destination data to deco bin everytime.Attaching the WT log for IB02.

I am new to SAP EWM. I wanted to know how one can retrieve data from the various query tools available in SAP EWM.
I found the queries in the following link: Extended Warehouse Management - SAP Library
The description of the query 0WM_MP17_Q0001 says:

You can use this query to see the number and duration of confirmed warehouse orders by day, week, or month. This allows you to see when typical warehouse trends are changing, and thus take actions such as:
And I need to retrieve the data for the reasons above.
However, is there a transaction code that I can run to get this report? How can I retrieve this data?

We are looking at analyzing and if possible optimizing the following:
- Carton to order ration
- Cycle times (Order start to complete)
- Cadence / Flow (demand vs flow of work)
- Staffing (Building a staffing model around demand)
What are some of the reports/queries that are available in SAP EWM to retrieve data regarding this for further analysis?

Dear Experts,
I crated direct outbound delivery in EWM (e.g document types OPIG, ODSH) with 10 quantity.
Created pick task and confirmed only for 5 quantitty.
Picking status in the header changes to "Completed".
But this is not the case for normal outbound deliveries such as OUB, OUTS
Already checked and compated the quantity offsetting profile of direct outbound and normal deliveries.
Both are the same.
Please give a pointer why the behaviour of direct outbound deliveries are different.

I am trying to set the process code(reject) for an Inbound delivery distributed from ECC to EWM but its in the Inbound delivery Notification(Act.) status.
I am trying to convert this notification to inbound delivery but getting the above error.Also when I try to reject the delivery ,I get the error(Activity "Reject Change" is not permitted; reason: status "Version" has value "Active").
I want to close this delivery in ECC with zero qty without having to undistribute the delivery.

Hi Experts,
I have configured production integration scenario for two ewm managed warehouses. So, one ewm managed warehouse is for warehouse and another ewm managed warehouse is for production supply area. So, when i stage the components for pick parts from CO02 after releasing production order - it is creating outbound delivery in ECC and the same is getting distributed to EWM but showing below error log - which is causing to get struck in inbound queues. Please help me in this issue.

At Present we have a scenerio for which we have to maintain external number for Pick-HU in outbound process which is happening fine in RFUI but in desk-top its unable to capture the same"Storage bin does not exist in WH J001" , please let me know if any thing as to be done.

I would like to push data from a z field I added to lips table from ECC TO EWM.
I enhanced the badi SMOD_V50B0001 and the method "EXIT_SAPLV50K_007" as described in the note 351303
There a sample code you need to implement which I did but I ma receiving an error when I try to activate the code.
"L_EXT-FIELD1" and "LS_DLV_ITM-DLV_ITM01" cannot be converted to each other in a Unicode system.
Did some one tried to apply this note?
do have a clue about this issue?

Dear experts,
following scenario: We have an ID with 100 PCs of a product. Overdelivery tolerance is 50%. We receive handling units with 30 PCs. We pack the first 3 HUs arriving (that happens via MFS so not via a dialog but by scanning on the conveyor). That makes 90 PCs. We pack the 4th HU with 30PCs. This is within the tolerance. So we are at 120 PCs.
The goods receipt and delivery confirmation to ECC will now go on error with the 4th HU. We can overcome this error by sending I002 in the inbound delivery before the goods receipt posting. This would adjust the inbound delivery to 120 PCs in both systems. Now with a 5th HU we would have 150 PCs and still be in exactly the tolerance limits.
So processing sequence would be: Pack HU, check if overdelivery happened, if so send I002, then GR.
First question: This looks all overly complicated! What we want is receive up to 150 PCs in 5 HUs. Can't this be reached easier?
Second question: In case this is the right process, we need to automate the sending of I002 process code. I ended up deep in the BOPF with the classes /scwm/cl_sp_prd_inb (Method: /scmb/if_sp_action~execute) and /SCMB/CL_BASE. What is the correct way to send a process code from ABAP?

I am trying to create a warehouse management monitor by warehouse level - new
I just copied the standard SAP monitor and assigned the warehouse
and also i changed define methods presentation to my warehouse and assigned my monitor by copying the standard SAP monitor
but when i run /SCWM/MON and enter the warehouse and new warehouse monitor nothing is appearing in the monitor nodes - empty
can some one advise what are the basic steps to create a new monitor , please take note we are in old version dont have customize monitor tree
