I have currently configured the Sampling Scheme in accordance with ISO 2859-1.
The system is proposing a valuation of Accept because the system is taking the number of defects is 0 and as per AQL and sampling plan the Acceptance number is 0.
I would like to understand where can I record the number of defects/non conforming units ?

My one of the product shows the stock in ECC as qty: 1 no in blocked state but in ewm monitor i dont find the same any where.
I have checked the /scwm/erp_stockcheck , which contains the difference between ECC and EWM stock is zero.
But how come i am not finding in scwm/mon in ewm.Also checked the stucked queues but i dint get the same.
I don't know how to check the idocs ? Can you help to solve this query?

Am facing an Error while performing Cartonization process in SAP-EWM.
System is giving error when cartonization is happening in /n/scwm/cap.
No packaging materials are assigned to algorithm profile for cartonization planning.
The system does not process items with an algorithm profile that do not have packaging materials assigned. These items are not processed in cartonization planning and not packed into planned shipping HUs.
I have already maintained the Pack Spec for the same but still this error is showing .
Let me know any thing can be done to correct this error.

Business scenario is we have complex outbound delivery process with pick ,pack, stage steps.When a pick HU goes to a packing work center,physically they have 4-5 tables arranged with employees who randomly pick pick HU's and start packing them in ship HU's.They don't really work as per system guided assignments but based on availability anybody can start working on pick HU's.As per my understanding a warehouse order is assigned to a resource/resource group.
1) Is it possible to assign each step to a group of resources?For example picking step is assigned to one resource and packing step is assigned to a group of another resources or only a warehouse order can be assigned to a group?
2) If a resource group is assigned for a step say packing,how do I track which resource actually packed which pick HU?

I am trying to set the process code(reject) for an Inbound delivery distributed from ECC to EWM but its in the Inbound delivery Notification(Act.) status.
I am trying to convert this notification to inbound delivery but getting the above error.Also when I try to reject the delivery ,I get the error(Activity "Reject Change" is not permitted; reason: status "Version" has value "Active").
I want to close this delivery in ECC with zero qty without having to undistribute the delivery.

I am newbie to SAP EWM. I learnt that EWM is decentralized. I would like to understand the prime reasons behind this architecture. Communications between ECC & EWM happen thru CIF APO interface. What are the business benefits of doing this setup/why does SAP recommend this setup.
Also i learnt that SCM EWM can also be deployed centralized. Central installation requires ECC 6.0 with EhP3 and SCM 5.1.
What should be the driving factors behind centralized or decentralized installation.
Please share your valuable inputs.

Few days back I have transferred Material Master from ECC to EWM system using CIF (through CFM1 and CFM2 steps). But now when I re-transferring those materials, I am facing the issue which explained below in details.
I have created one IM in CFM1. I have activated the IM in CFM2 and executed the distribution. System does not give any error message, and completes the distribution in 2-3 seconds which actually should take few minutes as we have more than 15,000 materials. But these materials are not reflecting in EWM system. I tried to execute the report RIMODINI through SE38, entered the same IM name and executed. Now the materials are reflecting in EWM system.
Meantime, I am able to transfer Vendor mster and Customer master through CFM2, but materials are not getting distributed through CFM2.
I am not able to understand this behaviour from system, why materials are not getting distributed through CFM2 t-code but through RIMODINI report can.
Please advice.

Hello ,
After getting the ASN from a vendor in ECC , the Inbound delivery is created while the same passes to EWM as an Inbound delivery notification.
This IDN gets auto-activated everytime but for the last two days , the user has to activate it manually. Please help for the same.

Hi All, Whenever the Goods Issue gets completed for some particular DN , the queue get stucked in ECC smq2 and displays the error "Goods Issue is already posted ".Here, I want to know why this error is getting displayed for some specific DNs only and day by day it is getting increases.Before we used to get 2~3 DNs of such type but now we are finding almost more than 10 nos per day. Because of this issue other queues are also being hampered in smq2 -ECC.If anyone has also face such issue then please let me know the solution they have accounted to get this stop. Inbound delivery created in ECC, but in SCM it is stucked in the Queue, when I have checked the same in SLG1 it is showing the following error .
No authorization for document category IDR and document type INB.
I have checked the all the configuration, it is properly done.

Hi Friends,
I am facing the issue while sending the inbound delivery from SAP ERP to EWM. When saving the delivery it gives the message that the " Inb del 1800****** created and distributed to WMS" where I have mapped wh #SCC to SCW1 ewm wh. But when I check the EWM system it doesn't show the log in SLG1. Then I checked ST22 it gives dump " function module not found". Even the queue should be outbound but its strangely showing in inbound queue of ERP system.
In SMQ2, I can see the log showing for the delivery in queue DLV* which according to the below document should come in outbound queue SMQS but showing in Inbound queue in my system so tried to delete DLV* and CF* queue from Inbound scheduler this with respect to the below link :

But still facing the same issue. The Delivery is getting stuck in Inbound queue again and giving me the same ABAP dump.
Request you to please suggest to fix this.

I have to do Storage Bin Type change for some Bins and also need to change AA (Pick and Rear) for some Bins after doing Config changes(/SCWM/TAAREAD and /SCWM/TAAREAS tables).Just wanted to confirm do I need to Empty those Bins before doing the Changes in both the cases.

Hello experts,
There is a custom development which needs to be done for integrating HU packing data into ERP outbound delivery before PGI happens in EWM for outbound delivery.
As per standard the HU packing data gets updated in ERP once the PGI is completed in EWM for outbound delivery.
But our requirement it should get updated in ERP before the PGI happens.
As soon as the packing is completed for outbound delivery in EWM, it should be updated in ERP outbound deliivery.
Can it be achieved through PPF or any BADI that can map HU EWM data to HU ERP in outbound delivery.
Let me know if anyone has faced such scenario.
