Activate the event type linkage for Confirmations

Hello Forum,

SAP recommends to activate the event type for so that the system can send confirmations from SAP to the Quality Inspection Engine (QIE).

• It has created an inspection lot.
• It has changed an inspection lot.
• It has deleted an inspection lot.
• It has started recording results.

I am not sure what values we need to maintain below .  Please guide
