No EXEC Error in CFM2

Hi

When i am doing CFM1 then system is working fine but when i am doing CFM2 then system is saying below comment :

Function/Q/SAPAPO/CIF_LOC_INBOUND

Text : NO EXEC

Please suggest me some solution.
