How to record the number of defects or number of non-conforming units in EWM Quality Management?

Hi,

I have currently configured the Sampling Scheme in accordance with ISO 2859-1.

The system is proposing a valuation of Accept because the system is taking the number of defects is 0 and as per AQL and sampling plan the Acceptance number is 0.

I would like to understand where can I record the number of defects/non conforming units ?
