Hi ,
While doing quality inspection in quality inspection work center ("/scwm/qinsp") , when i try to enter a decision code for the inspected quantity , I am getting an error saying " Unable to create the element; check configuration"
When i click on the error to view details, system exits from the quality work center. I have checked all the configs according to the link mentioned below :

However the error still persists. Any help will be much appreciated.
