I am doing a percentage sample Inspection for a simple scenario of IBD having single line item using IOT4 inspection type. Our Receiving staging area is configured as quality work centre (Storage type role “I”) Scenario 100 EA in single HU &sample percentage 5 % ..
System perfectly creates split line item for sample qty 5EA in the HU. It creates an inspection document and element of element category sample (Element category-1)
We have separated the sample qty from the HU and passed the UD for the sample.. Expecting the inspection document to be closed based on the UD done for sample, also remaining 95 EA with HU shall also be converted to unrestricted.
Unfortunately system always generates a new element of category sample and completes the earlier sample element as Item element ( Element category-2) without completing the header inspection document.
I have tried all combinations in inspection rule and sample drawing procedure, especially the two indicators, Quality control relevance “3” and movement relevant indicator “2”. BTW the sample drawing procedure is configured to create primary sample
