Transfer Order for goods issue to cost center

Dear experts,

We are working with PP/WM for material staging of goods issue to production order. Upon release of production order, TR is created followed by automatic conversion to TO. At this time storage unit for picking is determined for the components.

Now we would like to implement similar process for goods issue to cost center. Today when GI to cost center is created there is material staging at batch level but there is neither determination of storage unit nor creation of TO.
